To place wagers or claim bonuses on taro89, you must first complete the account registration process. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold one active taro89 Account. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. taro89 may close duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings derived from gameplay on those Accounts.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your taro89 Account must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. taro89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• A Player's account being inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent taro89 from continuing to service a particular Player or jurisdiction.

Upon legitimate closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, taro89 will return any remaining Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method after all pending wagers are settled and all applicable deductions are made.
